Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit global comms pieces and long-form explainers

  • Support content for company narratives and milestone stories, connecting content to Binance’s key messages

  • Bring ideas on narrative angles and story framing

  • Write and edit product and campaign content, plus CRM/lifecycle copy, against deadlines and briefs

  • Support and help scale the team’s use of AI tools in content operations and reporting

  • Support user/community and KOL stories, interviews, and video content

  • Help with content amplification and repurposing across channels

  • Draft, edit, and proofread content quickly and accurately across formats: blog posts, CRM, campaign copy, video scripts, and more

  • Help maintain consistency in tone, style, and accuracy across content, in line with team editorial standards

  • Track and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, reach), helping build out the team's performance measurement framework

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • Native or fluent English, with excellent writing and editing skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proven content or editorial experience across multiple formats: in-house, agency, publication, or newsroom

  • Demonstrated versatility: comfortable moving between long-form writing, product/campaign copy, and human-interest storytelling

  • Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech

  • AI-savvy: comfortable with AI writing/research tools and current on emerging AI trends, with practical ideas on integrating them into content workflows

  • Comfortable working with performance data (e.g. traffic/engagement dashboards) to inform content decisions

  • Proactive and reliable, able to own work end-to-end across shifting priorities without close oversight

  • Able to multitask and work to tight, sometimes same-day deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a distributed, mostly async team
