VORAGO Technologies is seeking a tech-savvy, creative Content Marketing Manager to drive our technical storytelling through a well-defined Txpert Thought Leadership Program. You will be the primary engine for creating technical stories from silicon-to-software that resonate with our core audience of engineers, system architects, and technical decision-makers across government and commercial space, satellite, oil and gas and emerging markets such as unmanned vehicles, security and medical imaging
You will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into compelling, educational, and engaging content formats—especially video, demos, and deep-dive technical collateral. If you are a self-starter with a passion for high-reliability technology and a knack for engaging engineering communities (like Reddit and dedicated forums), we want you to lead this critical program.
How You Will Contribute
- Lead the Txpert Thought Leadership Program: Strategize, develop, and execute technical content for the Txpert program, focusing on high-reliability, radiation hardening, and extreme environment design challenges.
- Customer Success Story Program: Design and execute a program for proactively identify, gathering and publishing end-customer testimonials and success stories using a balanced portfolio approach. This involves working with sales and product teams to identify compelling use cases that provide customer proof/perspective on our full product portfolio and key trends in existing and new markets.
- Promote End-Customer Wins: Focus on gathering quotes and testimonials for all channels (sales presentations, website, video, press releases, collateral) that demonstrate how VORAGO technology is an essential component to missions in the harshest environments - from space and satellite, to unmanned terrestrial vehicles to energy exploration on land and sea – including “alpha customers” for product launches.
- Flight Heritage Launch Program: Gather and curate visual and written content, including customer quotes and mission details, to be featured on an on-location "Heritage Wall" within VORAGO facilities, our website and other digital platforms, solidifying our legacy in high-reliability applications.
- Technical Storytelling Across Channels: Create engaging, technically accurate content experiences, including technical videos, product demonstration scripts, engineering blogs, and sales enablement collateral. From conception and scriptwriting, you are the in-house storyteller who works with engineers and sales team to manage a Tech Content Calendar, write/edit and publish online (YouTube) and events (Satellite 2026, Space Tech Expo 2026)
- Technical Community Engagement: Lead VORAGO's engagement strategy on technical communities, including Reddit, engineering forums, and niche social platforms. Identify key conversations, contribute expert insights, and seed technical content to drive community growth and product adoption.
- Content Performance and Optimization: Track and report on the performance of technical content (e.g., downloads, video views, community engagement, sales pipeline contribution) to refine strategy and maximize impact with the engineering audience.
- Brand Voice Consistency: Ensure a consistent, authoritative, and technically credible VORAGO Voice across all collateral and communications.
What We Look For
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or technical writing, preferably within the semiconductor, aerospace/defense, or high-tech/engineering industries.
- Strategic Storyteller: Curiosity and natural skill to tell engaging, compelling stories about Vorago customers, products, technology and industry point of view on emerging trends by pulling out the most salient points and driving Vorago brand relevance. A strategic storyteller who can produce clear, compelling content across the entire funnel; understands how to craft narratives that attract, educate, and convert engineering/technical influencers and decision-makers; and a creator who’s equally comfortable writing, editing, planning, and optimizing.
- Testimonial/Case Study Expertise: Proven experience in successfully interviewing and working with technical end-customers and internal experts to capture powerful, authorized success stories and testimonials for public use
- Ability to Grow Technical Acumen: Built a foundational understanding of complex technical concepts (e.g., semiconductors, radiation hardening, extreme environment design) and the ability to translate them into clear, engaging content for an engineering audience.
- Content Creation Mastery: Excellent writing, communication, and hands-on content creation skills across multiple formats. Strong preference for candidates with video scripting, video editing (time codes), and production experience (i.e. Vimeo, Promo, Kimp, Adobe Premier Plus). Experience with CRM to target customer accounts (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Community Savvy: Proven experience successfully engaging and growing audiences within highly technical, niche online communities (e.g., Reddit, Artechnica specialized forums). Use audience data to recommend others.
- Outcome-Oriented: Focused on delivering measurable results tied to technical content consumption, and impact product campaigns with customer “proof”.
- Environment: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment; comfortable defining the playbook rather than just running a pre-existing one.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Engineering or a relevant STEM field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer success story capture and support 2-4 Vorago sponsored events per year.
