The Role

  • Deliver clean, organized panel packages in agreed-upon formats and on schedule
  • Maintain visual consistency with established character designs and environments

  • Solid grasp of cinematic principles — shot composition, staging, continuity, and pacing
  • Ability to draw characters expressively and on-model across a sequence
  • Comfortable working from written scripts as well as loose verbal direction
  • Reliable communicator who can hit deadlines in a remote, async environment
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Storyboard Pro, Photoshop, or equivalent
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with horror, suspense, or action-driven visual storytelling
  • Experience boarding for animated series or game cinematics
  • Ability to produce rough animatics or add basic timing to boards
  • Knowledge of Mob Entertainment's existing properties and tone

  • Remote — work from anywhere
  • Flexible schedule with agreed-upon milestone deadlines
