Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Audit AI text for tone accuracy, emotional intelligence, and contextual fit
- Identify common conversational issues (e.g., over-explaining, lack of personality)
- Develop creative prompts and examples that guide AI behavior
- Analyze humor, pop culture references, and archetype-based communication
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure rubric alignment

- Mastery of conversational English with cultural nuance awareness
- Ability to interpret complex instructions and apply them consistently
- Confidence in balancing creativity with analytical evaluation
- Awareness of trends in entertainment, social media, and storytelling
Bonus Points
