Lead and scale Creative Operations by building disciplined operating models, workflows, resource planning, DAM and tool strategy, AI-enabled automation, governance, budgeting, reporting, and vendor management to increase creative efficiency, measurement, and scalability across internal teams and external partners.
Job Description
We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to build and run a modern, disciplined operating model for our Brand organization. This role is responsible for scaling how creative work is planned, produced, measured, governed, and improved across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
You'll sit at the intersection of brand, creative, production, systems, and operations. Your mandate is to make the work more efficient, more measurable, and easier to scale without lowering the creative bar. That includes owning workflows, resourcing, tool strategy, AI-enabled ways of working, budget visibility, digital asset management, and governance standards.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands how high-performing creative teams operate and can translate that into systems, processes, and operating discipline people will actually use.
