Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to support customer relationships, account activities, and sales opportunities. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understanding customer needs, providing helpful solutions, and developing strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions regarding products and services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Communicate product, service, and promotional information clearly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to support customer retention and sales growth.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding inquiries and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activities.
  • Assist with customer satisfaction and engagement initiatives.
  • Support promotional activities and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Communicate customer feedback and account concerns to appropriate team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and sales goals.
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
