The Customer Learning Solutions Specialist drives adoption of Cytiva’s customer education portfolio. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, the role helps accelerate product adoption, operator readiness and customer self-sufficiency through effective use of Cytiva’s learning solutions. The role focuses on customer engagement, enablement and insight generation rather than direct sales ownership.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Learning Solutions and is part of the Learning Soltuions, education team located in United States of America working remotely to cover the Americas, Australia, New Zealand and India.

What you will do:

  • Customer education expertise & enablement: Serve as the regional expert on Cytiva’s customer education portfolio, enabling customer-facing teams to effectively position and recommend learning solutions.

  • Customer engagement & adoption: Engage with customers to understand education needs, recommend appropriate learning pathways, support demonstrations and onboarding, and drive adoption across the customer lifecycle.

  • Support strategic learning opportunities: Partner with Commercial teams on customer discussions requiring learning expertise, supporting needs discovery, solution scoping and learning-related customer engagements.

  • Customer insight & continuous improvement: Gather customer feedback, identify adoption barriers and emerging needs, and provide actionable insights to improve the learning portfolio and customer experience.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with Commercial, Product Management, Operations, Customer Success and technical teams to ensure consistent and effective customer learning experience.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years experience in customer education, customer training, technical training, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.

  • 3+ years experience within the life sciences, biotechnology, biomanufacturing, bioprocessing, or other technical or regulated industry.

  • 3+ years experience delivering training, onboarding, enablement, or knowledge transfer programs for customers or end users.

  • 3+ years experience supporting customer adoption or implementation of products, services, or technical solutions.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel globally 50% of time.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), virtual training, simulation, augmented reality, mixed reality, or other technology-enabled learning solutions.

  • Experience supporting product launches or commercial enablement activities.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning program design.

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
