Job Description

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Coordinator. They will be responsible for providing customer set up in both our financial and administrative systems in an effective and efficient manner to ensure timely and accurate set up. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:    

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Oversee new 3rd party customer setup: 

  • Verify credit app completion and credit references. 
  • Obtain certificate of insurance and submit for review (compliant/acceptable). 
  • Enter insurance policy and expiration information. 
  • Verify the credit limit with Leadership. 
  • Setup approved customers within our database. 
  • Submit pre-lien notices for all new job setups. 
  • Create customer portal login credentials. 
  • Review and request COI renewals & maintain the database. 
  • Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. 

  • Well organized with attention to detail. 

  • Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethics. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). 

  

Education and Experience 

  • 1–3 years of customer management experience.  

  • Experience with Coupa and RentalMan software preferred. 

  • Knowledge of Sales Tax and construction project contract language preferred.  

  • Construction or industry related experience a plus.
