The Cybersecurity Technology Management Analyst serves as an Information Assurance (IA) subject matter expert supporting DLA Information Operations and Program Executive Officer/Program Management Offices throughout the acquisition lifecycle and, where applicable, sustainment. The analyst provides technical guidance for integrating IA controls at the outset of emerging IT capabilities, serves as a principal liaison for enterprise boundary defense initiatives, and helps ensure IA controls are consistently identified and implemented in alignment with DLA IA and IT architecture. The role also provides oversight for the design and implementation of enterprise IA solutions and access-control standards.
*This position is contingent upon contract award.*
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an IA SME for IA architecture policies and procedures.
- Provide IA management support to DLA Information Operations and PEO/PMO organizations for emerging information systems throughout acquisition and sustainment.
- Provide technical guidance to identify and integrate applicable IA controls early in the acquisition lifecycle.
- Serve as a principal liaison for enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives.
- Ensure applicable IA controls are consistently identified and implemented in alignment with DLA IA and IT architecture.
- Provide oversight for the design and implementation of enterprise-level IA solutions.
- Support development and application of enterprise access-control standards.
- Apply IT management and project management experience to support information technology services and strategies.
- Use Microsoft analytical and productivity tools to support analysis, documentation, coordination, and reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience, including Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience.
- Ten (10) years of practical industry, Government, and/or consulting experience in information technology management.
- Clearance Requirements: Secret; Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation at time of proposal.
- Certification Requirements:
- IAT Level II – CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+, CCNA Security
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- IT project management experience using Microsoft tools.
- Knowledge and experience managing information technology services and strategies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role:
Desired/Preferred:
- Ten (10) years of relevant Certification and Accreditation (C&A) experience.
- NIST C&A experience.
- DoD/DoW Information Assurance experience.
