About Massive Bio

Every cancer patient deserves access to treatment options. Massive Bio is an AI-powered precision medicine platform transforming how cancer patients discover and access clinical trials by eliminating the barriers of geography, financial constraints, and information asymmetry that have historically limited enrollment.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in US, Massive Bio is scaling its impact globally by powering operations across multiple countries and bringing innovative cancer treatment options to a rapidly growing and diverse population of patients. Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.

The Role

We are hiring a Data Partnerships Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships with oncology navigation companies, health data platforms, and care management organizations. You will own the full partnership lifecycle; identifying targets, leading executive conversations, structuring deals, and managing live integrations. The goal: embed Massive Bio's AI trial matching engine into the platforms where cancer patients are already being managed, creating patient access at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end partnership development with oncology navigation platforms, payer-facing care management companies, provider networks, and health data organizations

  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements across multiple models: API/technology integrations, data licensing and exchange, referral arrangements, and real-world evidence co-development

  • Lead executive-level conversations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at target organizations, delivering partnership proposals that quantify value specific to each partner's business model

  • Map the health data landscape, EHR, claims, genomic, and real-world data sources — and identify the highest-value partnerships for expanding patient reach and improving matching accuracy

  • Work with Product and Engineering on integration requirements, including FHIR-based interoperability and healthcare data standards (mCODE, OMOP)

  • Coordinate with Legal on data use agreements, BAAs, and MSAs; ensure all partnership structures comply with HIPAA and applicable state health data privacy laws

  • Monitor the competitive landscape; trial matching, oncology navigation, and health data — and translate intelligence into actionable recommendations

  • Represent Massive Bio at industry conferences (ASCO, HIMSS, HLTH, SCOPE)

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • At least 5 years in healthcare data partnerships, strategic partnerships, or business development within health technology, life sciences, or oncology services

  • Track record of sourcing, structuring, and closing complex data or technology partnership deals in healthcare

  • Deep working knowledge of healthcare data types: EHR, claims, genomic/biomarker, real-world evidence and how they move between organizations

  • Understanding of the oncology care ecosystem: payers, providers, navigation companies, pharma sponsors, and where clinical trials fit

  • Operational literacy in HIPAA, health data privacy, and data governance frameworks

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-moving, globally distributed organization

Preferred

  • Experience at an oncology data or technology company

  • Experience partnering with or selling into oncology navigation, value-based care, or payer/employer health platforms

  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations and patient recruitment workflows

  • Existing professional network in oncology data or health technology partnerships
