Procore is looking for a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join our growing Marketing team!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of Procore’s most influential cross-audience initiatives. This is a high-impact position designed for a marketer who can balance the "big picture" with the precision of demand generation. You will lead the charge for global campaigns supporting Groundbreak, Innovation Summit, and our marquee Thought Leadership reports, ensuring these initiatives drive both market influence and measurable business growth.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Media and Digital and will ideally be based in Austin, TX. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Campaign Design: Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies that support Procore’s flagship cross-audience programs.

  • Drive Multi-Intent Goals: Create campaign architectures that simultaneously build high-level awareness while aggressively driving demand for registrations, sign-ups, and ticket sales.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the strategic glue between Brand, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Automation to ensure a unified message across all channels.

  • Full-Funnel Execution: Manage the lifecycle of a campaign—from initial concept and audience segmentation to execution and post-campaign analysis of revenue impact.

  • Audience Personalization: Craft cohesive marketing plans that resonate across multiple personas and segments, ensuring a seamless experience for every Procore audience.

What We’re Looking For

  • The "Whole-Brain" Marketer: Someone who excels at combining creative storytelling with data-driven execution.

  • Collaborative Powerhouse: A professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and can distill various priorities into a single, cohesive campaign roadmap.

  • Conversion Mindset: Proven experience in managing campaigns that require specific, high-stakes actions (e.g., event registrations, ticket sales, or asset downloads).

  • Strategic Agility: The ability to pivot between supporting a massive global event like Groundbreak and launching a technical Thought Leadership report with equal precision.

  • 6+ years of experience in a SaaS or B2B growth/demand generation marketing capacity

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, tracking, and analytics tools.

  • Ability to use data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, with the ability to make informed decisions and take action based on data-driven insights.
