What We Need

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who can build, support, and improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational tooling that help teams deliver reliable services and better developer experiences. This role focuses on hands-on engineering, automation, and day-to-day operational excellence in partnership with other engineers and teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
  • Support the reliability, scalability, and performance of development and production environments.
  • Improve developer workflows through automation, tooling, and documentation.
  • Contribute to observability efforts, including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and incident response.
  • Partner with software engineers and platform teams to troubleshoot issues and improve delivery processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and help resolve operational incidents.
  • Help maintain infrastructure standards, security practices, and operational runbooks.
  • Support cost-conscious engineering through efficient infrastructure usage and tagging practices.
What Will Make You a Great Fit
  • Demonstrated experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles within an enterprise or multi-team environment.
  • Hands-on experience with production cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerized/orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/EKS).
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows (e.g., Terraform) and managing environment-specific configurations.
  • Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Demonstrated operational experience, including participating in on-call rotations, managing production incidents, and using observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Grafana).
  • Familiarity with managing work via formal ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and cross-functional coordination.
  • A focus on service reliability, documentation (runbooks), and operational excellence.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and work collaboratively across diverse engineering teams.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in conveying technical information, documenting processes, and adapting to fast-paced environments.
Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting GitOps-based deployment workflows and tools such as ArgoCD.
  • Familiarity with cost optimization practices, including tagging strategies, rightsizing, and resource usage analysis.
  • Exposure to security-focused automation, such as secrets management, policy enforcement, or vulnerability/scanning workflows.
  • Experience writing scripts or lightweight tooling in languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
