MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. The Role:

MaintainX (part of Autodesk) is hiring a Director of GTM Data, Processes, and AI Enablement to own critical foundations of our GTM teams, including:

  • Customer and prospect data within our CRM;

  • Core CRM processes that enable selling across GTM teams (e.g., opportunity workflows, territory assignment processes); and

  • Our internal GenAI and automation efforts driving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of our GTM teams

This role also owns the integration of the MaintainX GTM teams into Autodesk GTM systems, processes, and GTM motions, for the core functional areas of the role – a key area of focus for the next 6 to 18 months.

The role sits in the broader MaintainX Revenue Strategy and Operations team and leads a small team of data quality analysts, but we expect this role to drive the majority of its impact through others outside of their direct team. Across all functional areas, this role will be working with, influencing, and directing the work of senior stakeholders, front-line managers, and ICs across Marketing, Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM Engineering. We need someone with deep functional expertise that knows best practices and has rapid pattern recognition for solutions to GTM issues, who is technical enough to be credible with engineers, and is practical enough to be trusted by sellers to get work done.

What you'll do:

Own CRM data quality and governance

  • Set the strategy, standards, and governance for leads, contacts, accounts, and account hierarchies. That includes parent/child structures, holding companies, franchises, PE portfolios, and multi-site customers.

  • Move data quality from cleanup to prevention. Put in intake controls, matching and dedupe rules, and enrichment precedence, and track them on a data quality scorecard with targets.

  • Show leadership what data gaps cost in revenue, and make GTM data ready for AI use cases.

  • Lead the team doing this work, including writing requirements for GTM Systems to implement.

  • Develop deduplication strategies and processes to manage a dual CRM environment across MaintainX and Autodesk

Drive core CRM-based processes and workflows

  • Own CRM territory management developing the processes and systems requirements to implement the territory design and strategy defined by GTM leadership and Rev Ops teams.

  • Own our rules of engagement: account ownership, crediting, and conflict resolution across segments, regions, and teams – including both MaintainX selling in isolation and coordination between MaintainX and Autodesk sellers

  • Own optimization of CRM processes and workflows for end user teams, including building an understanding of current processes, identifying points of improvement, working with GTM systems and Rev Ops teams to define business requirements

  • Collaborate with Rev Ops, Enablement, and GTM systems teams to ensure field teams know how to use our systems and processes as they change, through release communications, training, and documentation.

Lead the GTM AI program for field teams

  • Run out GenAI and automation program for GTM field teams end to end: intake, prioritization and resource allocation across GTM and Engineering, operating cadences, solution evaluation, executive readouts, field enablement.

  • Lead discovery with Sales leaders to find the highest-value automation and agent opportunities. Align leadership and our GTM engineering team on one prioritized roadmap.

  • Own business requirements, build-vs-buy recommendations, and testing for centrally built solutions. Partner with Engineering to build and launch them.

  • Set the standards for how teams build their own solutions: knowledge base governance, a quality bar, and a path for scaling proven team-built tools across the org.

  • Own rollout with Enablement and measure adoption and ROI. The measure is workflows changed, not trainings delivered.

Lead integration efforts for MaintainX GTM into Autodesk

  • Own the GTM integration plan, governance and coordination across the workstreams, including: systems and data, account mapping and ownership, territories, sales process alignment, rules of engagement for joint selling, and enablement.

  • Coordinate stakeholders across both organizations. Run the cadence, track risks and dependencies, and escalate decisions.

  • Be accountable for integration outcomes, not just coordination.

About you:
  • 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company, including 3+ years leading people.

  • Deep expertise in core sales processes, territory design, and rules of engagement.

  • Strong command of the CRM data model: Salesforce objects, account hierarchies, matching, and enrichment. You define and specify; you don't need to configure.

  • Hands-on experience bringing AI into GTM workflows (LLMs, agents, workflow automation), with results you can measure. Fluent enough to work credibly with engineers.

  • A track record of leading large cross-functional programs through influence, including with VP and C-level leaders.

  • M&A or GTM integration experience is strongly preferred.

  • Clear writing and speaking. You can make complex tradeoffs understandable to sellers, engineers, and executives.
