Necessary Skills and QualificationsWhat you’ll be responsible for:
  • Design and execute growth strategies to attract and engage business buyers, sellers, and brokers through multiple channels
  • Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, from creative dev to performance optimization
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels specific to each audience segment
  • Develop content that establishes BizScout as the trusted platform for transactions
  • Create data-driven marketing programs to increase engagement and supply
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure marketing initiatives align with platform features
  • Scale our broker network through targeted outreach and partnership programs
The experience you’ll bring us:
  • 3-5 years of growth marketing experience, ideally in marketplace or financial services
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-sided marketplaces or B2B platforms
  • Experience with both developing and executing content and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnel optimization and marketing analytics
  • Excellence in crafting compelling marketing campaigns and content
  • Ability to understand and market to diverse audience segments
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
Bonus Points If…
  • You have experience in M&A, business brokerage, or financial services
  • You’ve worked in marketplace businesses during their scaling phase
  • You bring established relationships in the business brokerage community
