- EPPM/XLPM Framework: Promote the Ericsson Project and Program Management Methodology (EPPM) to drive consistency and excellence.
- Financial Performance: Monitor project financials, focusing on margins and overall targets.
- Program & Project Leadership: Oversee critical projects, ensuring governance, change management, and proper handling of change requests.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to standards and promote project management best practices.
- Leadership & People Management: Develop and lead a high-performing team, managing resources and budgets effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field

- Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
- Strong ability to work in multicultural environments
