What you will do:
- Lead and develop a team through performance management, career development, competence development, recruitment, and resource management.
- Drive team engagement, communication, and effective utilization of resources.
- Ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to delivery and successful execution of service delivery commitments.
- Lead project delivery activities within the Packet Core domain and support delivery readiness and growth planning.
- Build high-performing teams through recruitment, capability development, and talent management.
- Manage talent demand and talent pools, including leveraging global service delivery centers.
- Drive operational and delivery excellence through quality, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while supporting escalation management and business needs.
- Collaborate with other leaders across Packet Core and Core Network domains to support solutions, resource planning, and delivery success.
- Introduce new technologies and capabilities to customers while fostering continuous improvement and profitability.
- Foster strong customer relationships at management levels and oversee financial and quality performance metrics.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. An MSc, MBA, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience as a line manager or team lead.
- Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Proven experience in planning, recruiting, and building competence.
- Cloud Core experience across solutions, products, and services.
- Understanding of CSS Service Delivery processes, models, and strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to mobilize support across customers, partners, and internal organizations.
- Knowledge of delivery operations, sales processes, and financial management principles.
- Strong communication, customer engagement, and market awareness skills.
- Passion for quality, competitiveness, and continuous improvement.
