Job Description

"Responsible for document sorting, preparation, scanning, archiving and indexing. Receive mail and sort by client. Prepare documents for scanning and create batches or work for scanning process. Operate and monitor scanning equipment, ensuring quality of scans. Interpret errors and take appropriate corrective action. Perform QC on scanned images prior to document export. File scanned batches in archive boxes for future requirements. Index canned information by assigning proper coding for processing. Processes Client documents and responds to related queries quickly and accurately Ensures processes are delivered/supported as per deliverables and agreed to SLA Provides reporting, including those that measure process against stated targets Researches and resolves client user inquiries and system requests Performs routine system administration functions Identifies and updates process documentation that is utilized by the team Seeks advice and escalates issues when faced with it.
