Schedule: Must be available to work from 12pm-9pm (EST)

What You'll Do

  • Timely processing and generation of contracts in allotted timeframes.
  • Maintain high quality while quickly moving through the process.
  • Thoroughly review application info and ensure customer data is accurate.
  • Conduct general searches on applications and update the client data as needed.
  • Validate that pre-documentation request information and documentation have been collected and are on file.
  • Review payoff statements for accurate creditor information, account numbers, balances, per diem, etc.
  • Ensure pre-selected fund dates and first payment dates adhere to guidelines.
  • Validate and edit disbursements as necessary according to funding partner requirements.
  • Generate and send loan contracts for clients presenting agreed-upon loan terms.
  • Send out consumer disclosures needing to be evidenced appropriately to ensure compliance.
  • Generate UPS return labels and package loan documents for clients requesting a wet-ink signature.
  • Coordinate with front office admin on the sending of the contracts to be overnighted.
  • Manually edit loan documents based on program requirements.
  • Assist the funding department with ordering third-party inspections.
  • Work with peers to ensure clients receive contracts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Have open schedule availability for contracts requests made on nights and weekends.

What You'll Need

  • Must be available to work from 12pm-9pm (EST)
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant preferred
  • Understanding of the finance industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, calmly and confidently with a “can-do” attitude
  • Possess a high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to handle a time-sensitive queue
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Capability to multi-task throughout the day
