cBEYONData is seeking a DOD Financial Management Customer Lead to support our federal customer's multi-domain technology platform which offers military and business decision makers, analysts, and users at all levels unprecedented access to authoritative enterprise data and structured analytics in a scalable, reliable, and secure environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Candidate is the primary customer liaison for the DARQ product in Advana and is responsible for: hosting office hours, providing demos, understanding and validating customer issues, overall customer engagement, gaining a strong understanding of the web application to be able to troubleshoot issues and form requirements, and maintain DARQ documentation
Required qualifications
- Clearance Requirement: DoD Secret
- Excellent communication skills
- Government/DoD FM
- Tri-Annual Review/DARQ experience
- Data analysis
Preferred qualifications
- SQL
- DoD FM Background
