What can you expect?

You'll join the FINPRO (Financial and Professional Lines) MENA team in Dubai's DIFC - the beating heart of Middle Eastern financial services. Over the next 12 months, you'll:

  • Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products including Directors and Officers (D&O), Cyber, Professional Indemnity (PI), Crime, and Surety insurance

  • Understand how broking and placement work in real market conditions

  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region

  • Work alongside experienced industry professionals who are invested in your development

  • Benefit from structured learning and development tailored to your growth

  • Gain exposure to one of the most dynamic insurance markets in the world

  • Develop the skills and confidence that will define your career

We will count on you to:

  • Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables

  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports

  • Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement

  • Support broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers

  • Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy

  • Participate actively in training and development programs

What do we look for?

  • UAE National (with family book)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional background)

  • A solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles

  • Strong communication skills in English - you'll be representing us to clients

  • A results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrated interest in insurance, financial services, or risk management

  • Prior internship or exposure to banking, finance, or insurance sectors

  • Arabic language skills
