The Ecommerce Programs Specialist will be a key member of the eCommerce team in helping to define and deploy best-in-class customer experiences on our owned digital platform, YETI.com. Our website is more than a shopping experience; it also represents the pinnacle expression of our brand. As such, you will support the execution of a strategy that unites product, content and commerce in a way that engages consumers and drives high converting shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan targeted marketing and promotions campaigns and encourage new promotion strategies based on experience, best practices, and industry benchmarking

  • Manage the development of overarching project plan (both front-end and back-end development) for all discounts, promotions & coupons and ensure on-time execution.

  • Implement and QA back-end implementation In Salesforce Commerce Cloud

  • Responsible for coordinating with cross-functional partners for marketing assets/site content, forecasting, UAT testing, digital product optimizations, terms & conditions, retail pricing, and operational efficiencies.

  • Executing promotion performance reporting recaps for weekly business reviews & ad-hoc deep dives, including sales, customer and site engagement data.

  • Ownership of the Discount programs (including Friends & Family, YETI Pro, Industry, etc.) and monthly financials reporting.

  • Support additional site operations initiatives, including YETI sustainability initiatives (YETI Rescues™ and Rambler™ Buy Back programs)

Qualifications And Attributes

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience, Business concentrations preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its 'business manager' functions preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on Retail math and proficient in Excel.

  • Collaborator extraordinaire; ability to develop and manage relationships with cross functional team members, from peers to senior leadership to drive promotion process

  • Concise and organized communication; both written and verbal/in presentation

  • Analytical & strategic; ability to use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to create new strategies, build business cases and win stakeholder buy-in

  • Embracer of change & scale: able to handle the challenge of increasing eCommerce revenue

  • You are highly-motivated, curious to learn, laser-focused on the details and love to solve problems

  • Comfortable both leading and following, trust your gut, always open to doing things differently.

  • YETI offers a hybrid work environment, but this role must be based in Austin, TX and in-office Mon-Thur weekly
