A Day in the LifeThe Global Commercial Office (GCO) Enterprise Accounts team supports strategic healthcare system relationships through cross-functional coordination, executive engagement, account planning, and enterprise-level commercial initiatives. This team partners closely with Enterprise Account Managers, Account Program Managers, Sales Leaders, Marketing, Finance, and Operating Units to support key customer accounts and business priorities across Medtronic.
This remote position serves as a critical member of the Enterprise Accounts support structure, helping coordinate account activities, executive customer engagements, business reviews, meetings, and special projects. The role provides exposure to senior leaders, strategic account planning processes, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. Less than 10% travel is expected for team meetings, customer events, or business activities.

         

         

This position provides project coordination, administrative, and operational support to Enterprise Account Managers and Account Program Managers within the Global Commercial Office. The role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with project-based work supporting strategic customer accounts, executive engagement activities, business reviews, meetings, and enterprise initiatives. The individual will coordinate multiple priorities, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to the successful execution of account and commercial programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recurring meetings, account reviews, planning sessions, and executive engagement activities, including scheduling, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Support Enterprise Account Managers and Account Program Managers with day-to-day account operations, project coordination, and administrative activities.
  • Develop, organize, and distribute briefing documents, presentations, meeting notes, reports, and other business communications.
  • Manage logistics for customer visits, executive meetings, team events, National Sales Meeting activities, and other business programs.
  • Assist with presentation development and refinement, including content organization, formatting, and coordination of supporting materials.
  • Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders by coordinating communications, Teams channels, project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track and maintain information related to contracts, business activities, project milestones, budgets, and reporting requirements as assigned.
  • Support special projects and enterprise initiatives by gathering data, organizing resources, monitoring progress, and communicating status updates.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED and 6+ years of administrative, project coordination, program support, or business operations experience; OR Associate Degree and 4+ years of related experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, and other business collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales, commercial, customer-facing, or account management organizations.
  • Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, customer engagements, or large-scale business events.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience supporting contract administration, reporting processes, or project management activities.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, projects, events, or business activities involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience creating and editing business presentations, reports, and professional communications using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other customer relationship management systems.
  • Experience collaborating across Marketing, Finance, Sales, or other cross-functional business teams.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$54,400.00 - $81,600.00


This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
