The Role

We’re looking for an Event Marketing Manager to own and scale our event strategy across the full funnel. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing field events, trade shows, hosted experiences, and virtual events that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Brand Marketing, and Demand Gen to turn events into a predictable growth channel — not just “swag and booths.”

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for all events (trade shows, field events, executive dinners, roadshows, webinars, virtual events)
  • Build an annual and quarterly event calendar aligned to GTM priorities and revenue goals
  • Partner with Sales to design events that drive pipeline, meetings, and deal acceleration
  • Manage event budgets, forecasting, ROI tracking, and post-event reporting
  • Oversee booth strategy, messaging, demos, sponsorships, and onsite execution
  • Plan and execute hosted events (dinners, happy hours, customer roundtables)
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen on pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Work with Brand Marketing to ensure strong positioning and messaging at events
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Measure and report on success metrics (leads, meetings, pipeline, influenced revenue.
Qualifications:
  • 4–8+ years of event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of using events to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Experience running large trade shows and smaller, high-impact field events
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at once
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable tying events to revenue outcomes
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel for events (typically 20–30%, depending on season)
Nice to Have
  • Experience working closely with enterprise or mid-market sales teams
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Splash, Cvent, or similar
  • Experience running executive-level or customer marketing events
  • Background in procurement, fintech, vertical SaaS

Why You’ll Love This Role
  • Events are a core growth channel — not an afterthought
  • High visibility with Sales and leadership
  • Ownership from strategy to execution to revenue impact
  • Opportunity to build and scale the event function as the company grows

What You’ll Receive:
  • A competitive compensation package including base as well as stock options
  • The opportunity to grow within the overall Marketing organization
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k) including an employer match
  • The opportunity to develop and perform in a fast-paced environment alongside a stellar team
  • Flexible time off and remote work policies
  • Robust medical, dental, vision, and wellness benefits
  • Generous leave policies and support for new and current parents
  • The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000 OTE. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
