T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy.

The Role

T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support our Engineering team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a technical environment and knows how to keep complex teams organized, aligned, and moving. You'll be embedded with a team of engineers who are building something that matters, and your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks while they do it.

This role is ideal for someone early in their administrative career who has a background in engineering, a curiosity for how things are built, or hands-on experience supporting technical teams. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to speak the language well enough to keep up.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Engineering team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

  • Organize and maintain engineering documentation, project trackers, reports, and team resources.

  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, site visits, workshops, and cross-functional reviews.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and budget tracking for the team.

  • Serve as a communication hub, routing information, following up on action items, and keeping the right people in the loop.

  • Support onboarding for new engineering team members.

  • Partner with other Executive Admins across the organization to coordinate company-wide initiatives and events.

  • Anticipate the team's needs and proactively solve problems before they become distraction.

Who You Are

  • Organized to a fault — you live by your to-do list and nothing slips past you.

  • Comfortable in a technical environment and able to hold your own in conversations about engineering projects and priorities.

  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs doing.

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change (and in manufacturing, they do).

  • A strong communicator who can interface with everyone from engineers on the floor to senior leadership.

  • A team player with a low ego and a high output.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, or equivalent experience supporting engineering or technical teams, is a strong plus.

  • Proficiency with productivity and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The T1 Way

We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect. We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude". Be sharp, be honest, be human. If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in.

T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristics.
