Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms.

Role Overview:

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position.

Executive Assistants at Saronic are trusted business partners who help executives operate more effectively by bringing structure to complexity, anticipating needs, and creating the capacity for leaders to focus on what matters most.

Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly. You’ll be expected to think proactively, communicate confidently, and continuously look for ways to improve how your executive and the broader organization operate.

What You'll Own:
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to optimize productivity, execution, and day-to-day operational effectiveness.

  • Own executive operating cadence through strategic calendar management, prioritization, and proactive planning.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, contingency planning, and real-time problem resolution.

  • Manage competing priorities while protecting executive time through thoughtful decision-making, sound judgment, and effective communication.

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, customer engagements, team offsites, planning sessions, and cross-functional initiatives that support business objectives.

  • Track action items, follow through on commitments, and help ensure key initiatives continue moving forward.

  • Build trusted relationships across executives, Executive Assistants, business partners, customers, and cross-functional teams while representing your executive with professionalism and discretion.

  • Anticipate challenges before they become obstacles by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and adapting quickly as priorities change.

  • Identify opportunities to improve executive workflows, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.

  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives that support organizational priorities beyond traditional executive support.

What Makes You Successful Here:
  • You think proactively instead of waiting for direction.

  • You understand that effective executive support goes far beyond calendar management.

  • You anticipate needs and solve problems before they become distractions.

  • You exercise sound judgment and know when to make decisions independently versus when to escalate.

  • You remain composed and adaptable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.

  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with stakeholders at every level.

  • You are naturally collaborative and understand that strong partnerships drive better outcomes.

  • You continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the level of support you provide.

  • You earn trust through consistency, accountability, discretion, and follow-through.

Who Thrives Here:
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives or executive leadership teams.

  • Experience supporting executives in fast-paced, high-growth, startup, defense, aerospace, technology, or similarly dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and operate with professionalism and discretion.

  • Experience managing executive calendars, travel, meetings, and organizational priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and modern productivity tools.

  • Experience supporting executive meetings, leadership offsites, or cross-functional initiatives is preferred.

  • Experience supporting defense, aerospace, government contracting, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries is a plus.

Benefits:
