Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to follow through styles for production from the handover from development team to pre-production meeting. Coordinate with Garment Technologists and Pattern Technologists where needed, if production issues arise.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the risk level of the product at product validation stage and give input to the development team.
  • Follow the PP schedule and participate in TLT feedback meeting. Give observed improvements and challenges.
  • Conduct integration meeting. Take ownership of the product and integrate the product into the production environment with relevant team.
  • Participate in PP meetings and conduct PP meetings. Evaluate Teck pack is ready to proceed bulk. Check all requirements to proceed with the pilot run. Monitor the pilot run and transfer knowledge for bulk team.
  • Conduct pilot Feedback meeting and give appraisal to proceed the bulk.
  • Conduct productivity improvement project and give update to manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Textiles/Production Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
  • Good communication skills.
