Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path to achieve customer expectation
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the Tech pack meeting/Sewing Meeting along with the required team to identify the most effective method of pattern constructions.
Check the accuracy of the patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the tech pack as to ensure that no pattern issues are transmitted to the bulk production process.
Timely communicate the technical knowledge among the stakeholders as to ensure technical clarifications are met.
Check and Verify the accuracy of patterns against the given samples as to ensure all the technical issues are identified and address.
Make sure customer comments are accurately incorporated at each cycle to achieve the expected fit requirements.
Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to the customer specifications.
Ensure all samples meet the given specifications and standards prior to fitting and dispatching them to the Customer along with the relevant documents.
Participate for the fit sessions and adhere to the fit protocols.
Facilitate costing, Sampling and ordering processes by providing accurate patterns and other relevant document in a timely manner.
Contribute to factory engagement points (DRA, PDRA, FI) by providing accurate product related information and timely follow up on agreed actions.
Coordinate all activities pertaining to the preparation of tech packs by liaising with relevant teams, on time and accurate document submission to the production.
Constant follow up the Critical Paths at each gate and as to meet the product development plan.
Drive required Performance improvement projects and use MOS principals in day-to-day activities to ensure that the technical team members are aligned to the Lean Manufacturing Principals practiced as Organizational standards.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
B.Sc Textile Engineering Degree or relevant postgraduate diploma in textile.
1-2 Years’ experience in similar capacity.
