Micron is seeking a dynamic SPMO (Strategic Program Management Office) Coordinator who plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of central initiatives across the organization. This position coordinates between program managers, project teams, business collaborators, and leadership. It ensures projects align with organizational objectives through planning and tracking. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining program governance processes, supporting portfolio reporting, managing project documentation, and providing access to schedule, risk, and performance metrics.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will help drive consistency, accountability, and transparency across the project portfolio while enabling leadership to make informed decisions through accurate reporting and effective communication.

The successful candidate will help drive consistency, accountability, and transparency across the project portfolio while enabling leadership to make informed decisions through accurate reporting and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic programs and projects across the SPMO portfolio.
- Maintain project schedules, action item logs, risk and decision registers, and other key program documentation to ensure effective project governance.
- Develop, consolidate, and publish project and portfolio status reports, dashboards, performance metrics, executive summaries, and leadership presentations.
- Coordinate governance reviews, leadership meetings, and stage-gate processes, ensuring deliverables and approvals are completed on schedule.
- Monitor project achievements, risks, dependencies, and action items, partnering with collaborators to drive accountability and timely resolution.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, business partners, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, resource management, and organizational decision-making activities.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards while identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance PMO operations, reporting, and overall efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience supporting Facilities, Operations, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Program Management, or Project Coordination functions.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects, programs, or operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, KPIs, schedules, and process documentation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, and leadership teams.
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations and related business processes.
- Proficiency with enterprise and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, and project management platforms.
- Experience in portfolio reporting, business planning, KPI management, PMO operations, or program governance activities.
- Knowledge of process automation, AI-enabled solutions, and a demonstrated interest in developing and integrating Agentic AI workflows to enhance current and future business processes.
