We're looking for a Senior Collaboration Platform Engineer to help us design, deploy, administer, and continuously improve Zoom Workplace and Microsoft 365 platforms across our global organization.
In this role, you'll work across platform engineering, automation, identity and endpoint services, and AI-enabled technologies. We're investing in modern capabilities that improve reliability, reduce manual work, and create better experiences for employees. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to technical standards and future platform roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering and technology teams on architecture, standards, technical roadmaps, and engineering practices for Zoom and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
  • Engineer and administer Zoom Workplace, including licensing, policy controls, managed domains, governance, reporting, utilization analysis, and capacity planning.
  • Integrate services with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Microsoft 365, room technologies, and approved enterprise platforms.
  • Build and maintain automation for deployment, configuration management, reporting, troubleshooting, and operational workflows.
  • Participate in planned maintenance activities and an on-call rotation as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience engineering or supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, endpoint management, or real-time communication services.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Zoom Workplace in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience administering Zoom capabilities such as licensing, policy controls, managed domains, reporting, enterprise deployment, or platform governance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, or identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, or virtual desktop environments.
  • Experience with scripting, APIs, automation platforms, or workflow automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Zoom AI Companion, Zoom Rooms, Zoom VDI, Zoom APIs, webhooks, or automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or observability platforms.
  • Experience integrating Zoom with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, enterprise telephony, room systems, or compliance platforms.
  • Relevant Zoom, Microsoft, ITIL, security, networking, automation, AI, or collaboration certifications.
