We’re looking for a Finance Manager, Product & Technology to join Procore’s growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you’ll serve as the financial authority across cloud infrastructure, enterprise software investments, and emerging AI-related spend, driving financial transparency and strategic decision-making across the Product & Technology organization. Your primary goal will be to enable Engineering, IT, and Product leaders to effectively manage costs, optimize investments, and scale efficiently as Procore continues to grow.

As a Finance Manager, Product & Technology, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, IT, Product & Technology Operations, Procurement, and senior business leaders to provide financial insights, forecasting, and strategic guidance across technology investments. Use your financial modeling expertise, executive communication skills, and strategic business partnership capabilities to influence decision-making, improve cost visibility, and drive operational efficiency. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how Procore manages some of its largest and fastest-growing investments—join us and help build the financial foundation for the future of Procore’s technology organization.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A – Product & Technology and will be based in Austin, TX. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do
  • Drive accurate cloud infrastructure expense forecasting and modeling in partnership with Engineering teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular financial performance reviews and recommendations to VP-level Engineering and Product & Technology Operations leaders.
  • Manage and govern Procore’s technology software portfolio, including SaaS subscriptions, enterprise licensing agreements, and consumption-based tools.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Procore’s AI usage financial model, including forecasting methodologies, cost attribution frameworks, and governance processes.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate software consumption trends to identify financial risks and opportunities ahead of planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Build trusted partnerships with Engineering, IT, Product, and Operations leaders to support strategic decision-making and investment prioritization.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights tailored to both technical and business audiences.
  • Represent Finance in cross-functional discussions related to software strategy, vendor negotiations, technology investments, and long-term planning initiatives.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related discipline, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience owning cloud infrastructure, hosting, or technology expense forecasting within a high-growth or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models, including SaaS subscriptions, enterprise agreements, and usage-based pricing structures.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from scratch and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience with financial planning platforms such as Pigment, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar tools, along with expert-level Excel proficiency.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with VP-level and senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML-related financial planning, emerging technology investments, or technology cost optimization initiatives is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

114,400.00 - 157,300.00 USD Annual

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
