As our Forward Deployed Senior Process Consultant, you will help

design and optimize consulting delivery processes in coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless and consistent execution of use cases in support of customer objectives. Every day you will proactively engage with customers and supports decision-making with data-driven insights. 

Here’s what you will experience working as a Forward Deployed Senior Process Consultant: 

  • Work Environment: On-site in Gainesville, Florida, depending on assignment, and/or 75% travel to Gainesville as required by client needs.

  • Responsible for use case business case quantification by identifying the customer's business objectives and quantifying the benefits and ROI of use case implementation.

  • Lead and mentor Forward Deployed Process Consultants while ensuring alignment of team efforts with client goals and operating metrics.

  • Collaborate with Forward Deployed Process Consultants to create product roadmap, future state process flows, and implementation plan.

  • Support the development of training and change management plans to drive the adoption of best practices.

  • Provide technical product and operational leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.

  • Evaluate emerging operational and technical opportunities and assesses and recommends future use case business cases.

  • Ensure proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement in service delivery.

  • Support the Forward Deployed Process Consultants with the development of sustainable mechanisms to monitor KPIs and SLAs that provide measurable value creation and performance tracking for steady state operations.  

  • 50% travel, minimum

Required Skills: 

  • 10+ years of experience with healthcare operations or enterprise software environments preferred.

  • Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about the convergence of technology and operations.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $117,000.00 - $243,559.21 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
