Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Global Director of Partner Governance & Processes to lead the development and execution of partner programs, operations, and tools—core pillars of our alliance strategy.  This leader will play a critical role in shaping and measuring partner engagement, driving sales alignment, and enabling scalable performance across our ecosystem to support Sprinklr’s partner Go-to-Market success.  As a key member of the alliance leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact in a highly visible and cross-functional capacity, directly responsible for leading and optimizing the operational framework supporting our global partner ecosystem. The Director will collaborate closely with global alliance leaders, regional stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to bring a disciplined, data-driven, and customer-obsessed approach through operational excellence and strategic enablement.

Leadership & Strategic Direction

  • Serve as a key member of the global alliance leadership team, guiding strategy and ensuring operational alignment across regions.
  • Drive strategic thinking and execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, balancing long-term vision with short-term impact.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity across the global alliance organization.
  • Lead the operational cadence for global alliances, including planning, reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with additional teams across Sprinklr (Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, IT, Marketing, Finance) to execute partner programs and initiatives that benefit our ecosystem and Go-to-Market.

Operational Excellence & Execution

  • Design and implement scalable processes for performance tracking, enablement, and engagement.
  • Develop reporting for executive leadership teams regarding partner bookings, revenue, pipeline.
  • Mitigate partner governance risk by ensuring regulatory compliance and audits for certifications and product authorizations.
  • Develop and manage policies, KPIs, resource allocation models, and operational frameworks to support global alliance growth.
  • Partner with finance, sales, and marketing to lead global forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue attribution for alliances.

 Performance Metrics & Reporting

  • Establish and maintain robust performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of global alliance operations.
  • Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and drive partner success.
  • Continuously optimize operational performance through feedback loops and process refinement.

Who You Are

  • Strategic Operator: Proven ability to drive alignment across global teams and influence key decisions.
  • Inspirational Leader: Strong communicator with a collaborative leadership style and high integrity.
  • Customer & Partner Obsessed: Committed to delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes for partners and customers.
  • Execution-Focused: Demonstrated success in translating strategy into action and measurable results.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working across geographies and cultures, with a deep understanding of global business dynamics.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years working in Sales Operations for a leading and international SaaS software vendor, with a preference for candidates that have Partner Operations and Project Management experience.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience working with SaaS vendors’ strategic compensation plans.
  • Ability to communicate (orally and written) clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done.
  • Strong work ethic and personal drive to excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A great positive winning attitude that can inspire optimism and fun.
  • Location: We have a strong preference for North America or Europe. We might evaluate other locations if you have the right skillset and expertise.

By fulfilling the responsibilities of the Global Partnerships Director – Partner Governance and Processes role, and leveraging your skills and experience, you will play a crucial role in driving our global partnerships business and achieving revenue targets.

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.

We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. We offer you and your family voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable. We believe it is important to take time off – it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide Sprinklrites with paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. We want to grow our talent with purpose. Our open Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful connections that support growth and amplify our focus.
