Within Mastercard Advisors, the Client Training and Education (CTE) team is responsible for training and onboarding clients on our platforms and services. Specifically, the Client Training and Education team maintains a world-class eLearning platform that incorporates the latest technology and develops best-in-class eLearning courses to provide clients with a comprehensive learning experience. In addition, the Client Training and Education team designs and delivers immersive onsite training and education programs to onboard clients and teach best practices.
Your Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer is a team member who actively contributes to delivering training and education for Mastercard Advisors clients.
• Contribute towards the development of eLearning and onsite training programs for large, strategically important global clients from a central delivery hub • Obtain information from multiple sources, collate, analyze, and convert information to develop effective visual presentations, animations, and other training materials and programs• Apply a range of graphic design and eLearning techniques to effectively construct lessons and develop training resources• Plan, organize, and structure own work to manage time and effort effectively within project timeline expectations
All About You
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification• Graphic Design major or relevant coursework, or at least three years of relevant work experience • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic/motion design tools• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint• Knowledge or experience working with Synthesia, Articulate Storyline, or other eLearning creation tools• Professional-level English language capability • Portfolio preferred but not required
