Role Purpose
To support the Chief Finance Officer in managing the Group’s financial operations, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, control, and compliance. The role will drive budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring while maintaining strong financial governance across the Group.

Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts across the Group.
- Provide financial insights to guide business planning and decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and management accounts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across entities.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Develop financial models and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Support the identification and mitigation of financial risks across the Group.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Supervise day-to-day finance operations, including reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
- Support treasury activities, cash flow monitoring, and working capital management.
- Ensure efficient financial processes across subsidiaries and business units.
Provide financial information and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Support engagement with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulators.
Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure effective utilization of financial systems across the Group.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Membership of a recognized professional body (ICAG, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum of 10–12 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5–7 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in group or multi-entity financial management is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Sound understanding of IFRS and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Strong grasp of internal controls and risk management practices
- Working knowledge of treasury and cash flow management
- High level of proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
