About this Role:

The Growth & Pursuit Coordinator provides direct operational and reporting support to the VP of Enterprise Growth while also supporting active pursuits. This role keeps pursuit schedules, compliance matrices, and proposal materials organized and accurate, and supports the efforts to keep CRM data reliable.  

As Consertus grows across markets and service lines, this role safeguards consistency in how opportunity information and client-facing materials are prepared, maintained, and reported. 

This position is intended as a training ground toward pursuit leadership, building a working foundation in RFP structure, CRM discipline, and proposal quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pipeline and pursuit reporting for Enterprise Growth leadership, maintaining accurate opportunity data across the CRM. 

  • Build and maintain pursuit calendars, schedules, and submission logistics across active pursuits. 

  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices for RFP and RFQ submissions. 

  • Format and compile proposal materials, including resumes, case studies, project descriptions, appendices, and forms. 

  • Support preparation of client presentations, pitch materials, and interview decks. 

  • Enter and update resume and project data in Flowcase. 

  • Review draft proposal content for grammar and spelling, single voice, and compliance as part of the QA/QC process. 

  • Gather and organize market intelligence on prospective clients, competitors, and upcoming opportunities. 

  • Register and maintain the firm's profile across bid portals and procurement systems. 

  • Manage routine calls and email correspondence with BD leaders on the status of their opportunities. 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.  

  • 1–3 years of experience in proposal support, marketing coordination, BD operations, or administrative/reporting roles within professional services. 

  • Working knowledge of Excel to support recurring reporting. 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Canva preferred.  

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. 

  • Solid written communication skills and comfort editing written content.
