Job Description:

The HCS GTM Program Performance & Sales Readiness Lead is responsible for driving the operating discipline, performance visibility, and sales readiness needed to translate HCS GTM strategy into consistent field execution and measurable business outcomes.

The role works across HCS GTM Program Leads, GEO teams, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Category, Channel, and other cross-functional stakeholders to establish common performance measures, identify execution gaps, coordinate seller readiness, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into program health and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Performance & Insights: Establish and maintain KPIs and performance reporting across the HCS GTM portfolio, including program execution, pipeline contribution, pipeline acceleration, seller engagement, and other agreed business outcomes.
  • Sales Readiness: Coordinate sales readiness requirements across GTM programs, ensuring sellers have the appropriate training, messaging, tools, assets, and enablement needed to execute key HCS motions.
  • Execution Governance: Drive a consistent operating cadence for reviewing program performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions across WW and GEO execution.
  • GEO Execution Visibility: Partner with GEO teams and Program Leads to monitor execution against agreed plans and surface areas requiring additional support, alignment, or intervention.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use performance data, seller feedback, and GEO insights to identify execution gaps and recommend improvements to program design, readiness, and field execution.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a connector across GTM, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Category, Channel, Portfolio, and GEO stakeholders to ensure readiness activities and program execution remain aligned.
  • Leadership Reporting: Provide concise, actionable visibility to HCS leadership on program performance, seller readiness, key risks, gaps, and recommended actions.

Success is demonstrated through consistent execution of HCS GTM programs across GEOs, improved seller readiness, stronger visibility to program performance, clear accountability for actions, and measurable contribution to pipeline and business outcomes.
