We're looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to own and scale HiBob's Product Enablement function.
As Head of Product Enablement, you'll lead a team of Product Enablement Managers and define how our GTM and Customer Success teams learn, adopt, position, and drive value from HiBob's rapidly evolving platform. You'll work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leadership to ensure our customer-facing teams are ready to deliver impact at every stage of the customer journey.

Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related enablement role within SaaS
- Experience leading and developing enablement professionals
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions and customer-facing teams
- Proven ability to build product enablement programs for launches, onboarding, certifications, or ongoing readiness
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working closely with Product teams and translating product complexity into clear enablement
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement effectiveness
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to balance strategy with execution
Job Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Enablement Managers
- Set clear priorities, operating rhythms, and ways of working for the team
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Define and execute HiBob's product enablement strategy across GTM and Customer Success teams
- Align enablement priorities with business goals, product roadmap, and customer needs
- Identify capability gaps and build programs that improve product confidence, adoption, and customer impact
- Lead enablement for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives
- Build onboarding, certification, and continuous learning programs that improve product fluency
- Create practical learning journeys that help teams position, demo, implement, and support HiBob's product effectively
- Work closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
- Translate roadmap updates and product changes into clear field readiness plans
- Create feedback loops between customer-facing teams and Product teams to improve adoption and customer outcomes
- Define and track enablement success metrics, including product adoption, time-to-productivity, certifications, and business impact
- Use data and feedback to improve enablement programs and delivery
- Share insights and recommendations with leadership stakeholders
