Help Desk Manager (DAI, Financial) - Fully Remote – Secret+
BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a skilled and experienced Help Desk Manager (DAI, Financial). The Helpdesk Manager shall provide daily supervision, direction, and guidance to contract personnel responsible for remote-access user support and training, including organizing, directing, and monitoring the work of qualified personnel, and scheduling personnel rotations to ensure efficient and effective helpdesk coverage and support operations.
Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.
What will you do
Responsibilities:
· Provide daily supervision, direction, and guidance to contract personnel responsible for remote-access user support and training.
· Organize, direct, and monitor the work of qualified personnel.
· Schedule personnel rotations to ensure efficient and effective helpdesk coverage and support operations.
· Coordinate with the government lead and support contract personnel responsible for remote-access user support and training.
Requirements:
Given the level of complexity of this effort, the Helpdesk Manager shall possess:
· U.S. Citizenship required.
· Clearance: Secret or higher
· Minimum of five (5) years of DoD experience within the past ten (10) years supporting and managing large, complex program management supporting DoD customers utilizing Oracle Federal Financials.
· Experience as a project/team lead or Agile certification to ensure coordination with government lead.
· Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience within the past ten (10) years in direct support of DAI financial and accounting operations.
· Experience with DAI modules, Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OAS, and Order to Cash is preferred.
· Minimum of 1 year experience with AI tools and integration.
· Experience with other Oracle Financials modules and integration points.
· Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis.
· Understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
· Relevant certifications in DAI, Agile, Oracle Financials, or related fields are a plus.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
