We are actively hiring for an Human Resources Compliance Associate - Remote
Your Role:The HR Compliance Associate supports daily work in ergonomics, ADA, benefits, leave of absence, and compliance tasks. This role helps employees, vendors, and HR partners by giving information, tracking work, updating systems, and completing paperwork. The associate follows set procedures and completes assignments with general direction. The job requires strong organization, accurate tracking, and comfort working with many systems and vendors.
Your Work:Ergonomics & ADA Support
Receive ergonomic requests and process orders through procurement or approved vendors.
Maintain an ergonomic tracking worksheet and follow-up diary.
Research, assign, and coordinate vendor assessments.
Schedule appointments and send confirmations.
Track all stages of ergonomic requests through completion and closure.
Process billing and vendor payments.
Provide system and technology support to consultants and vendors.
Pull, review, and analyze data from HR and vendor systems.
Complete other related projects assigned.
Help administer health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs such as medical, dental, life insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and retirement plans.
Guide employees on eligibility, program information, coverage amounts, wellness incentives, and claims steps.
Monitor vendor issues and report performance concerns to management.
Support system updates, process changes, and new plan designs.
Gather and review engagement and program use data.
Provide basic assistance with regulatory testing and filings under ERISA and other laws.
Respond to EDD requests with required employment and leave information.
Check FMLA eligibility and support leave process as requested.
Provide employment and leave details for Long-term Disability (LTD) requests.
Respond to state specific notices requiring basic employment and leave data.
Produce non-complex Reasonable Accommodation (RA) approval letters.
Review the Short-term Disability (STD) pay file and flag abnormalities for Payroll in a timely manner.
Code and process monthly invoices for:
Tuition Reimbursement
Student Loan Repayment Program
Applause Recognition Program
Immigration trust accounts
Assist with immigration tasks, including posting Labor Condition Application (LCA) notices and preparing documents related to the H‑1B process.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of two years of HR and/or HRIS experience required.
Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to use multiple tracking systems and software tools.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Problem solving and attention to detail.

A related bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in HR, benefits, compliance, ADA, or leave administration preferred.
Prior work with HRIS or vendor platforms preferred..

Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings.

The national average hourly rate for this position is $32.76-$36.40. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $32.76-$43.66.
