As HRBP Sr. Analyst you will provide comprehensive support to the HR agenda in CARICAM, ensuring efficient HR operations, high-quality employee experience (“Primos”), and effective deployment of HR initiatives aligned with company culture, values, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding administrative processes, ensuring compliance and a seamless employee experience.
Oversee benefits administration aligned with the approved cost structure (e.g., insurance, OneForce, among others).
Coordinate SEM processes and other immigration/visa-related requirements in collaboration with local legal partners.
Maintain and audit employee data in Workday, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.
Provide guidance to employees (“Primos”) on HR policies, procedures, and processes.
2. Employee Experience & Engagement
Lead the organization of internal events to “Make Moments Matter” (e.g., Happy Hours, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Founders Day, etc.).
Act as Co-Champion of CARICAM Action Teams (Engagement, Wellbeing, Recognition, ESG), driving participation and impact.
Support initiatives aligned with company culture, pillars, and family values to enhance employee engagement.
3. Talent & Development Support
Support the talent management agenda, including performance cycles, talent reviews, and development initiatives.
Administer and promote the Let’s Learn Portal, driving adoption and learning engagement.
4. HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives
Support the implementation of key HR projects and global initiatives, including:
o Hire to Retire
o Belonging strategy
o Great Place to Work
o One B
o Global Cheers! App
Contribute to the successful deployment of the overall HR agenda in CARICAM.
5. Internal Communication
Support the execution of internal communication strategies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement across the organization.
6. Office Administration Support (Panama)
Provide support for office administration matters in the Panama office, ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination.
Key Success Factors
At least 3 years of experiencie in HR roles
Strong organizational and execution skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Stakeholder management and communication capabilities
Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities

Advanced level of English
