Why Join Sensi.AI

Sensi.AI is transforming the world of home care through agentic AI - and we’re just getting started. As a hyper-growth startup, every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives while working as part of a global, collaborative team in a flexible hybrid environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic HubSpot Administrator to serve as the architect of our go-to-market operations. You will be the primary owner of our HubSpot portal, with a specific focus on cross-hub automation. You won’t just manage a CRM; you will build the automated bridges that connect Marketing, Sales, and Service into one cohesive engine.

The ideal candidate understands that HubSpot is most powerful when data flows seamlessly between hubs, ensuring a lead's journey from "First Click" to "Customer Success" is entirely frictionless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-Hub Architecture: Design and maintain advanced automation that spans the Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs. You will ensure that a trigger in one hub (e.g., a ticket closed in Service) accurately updates objects in others (e.g., triggering a renewal deal in Sales).
  • Platform Governance: Maintain portal health, including user permissions, property management, and partitioning.
  • Complex Workflow Engineering: Build logic-gated workflows for lead scoring, automated deal rotation, and post-sale handoffs.
  • Data Integrity & Operations Hub: Utilize Operations Hub to clean data in real-time and use "Data Sync" to keep third-party tools aligned with HubSpot.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create "Closed-Loop" reporting dashboards that track the entire customer lifecycle across all departments.
  • Enablement: Act as the internal consultant for department heads, translating business goals into automated technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in RevOps or SalesOps, with a track record of managing multi-hub HubSpot Enterprise environments.
  • Technical Depth: Proven ability to build workflows using custom code actions or webhooks (via Operations Hub). Deep understanding of how custom objects interact across different hubs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to visualize the "big picture" of a customer journey and identify where automation can replace manual entry.
  • [Preferred] Certifications: Active HubSpot Certifications (specifically Platform Admin and Revenue Operations).

Sensi celebrates diversity and uphold equal opportunity in our hiring practices. Our approach fosters an inclusive environment that sparks innovation and reflects the vibrant communities we serve. All persons shall have the opportunity to be considered for employment without regard to any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
