We're looking for a sharp, curious analyst to become one of the go-to voices on e-commerce and performance marketing trends. This candidate can dig into data, spot what's changing in the industry, and turn it into content that builds Odyssey's reputation and pipeline.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and track trends across e-commerce, DTC, paid media, and creative to identify timely, share-worthy insights

  • Write articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and reports that establish Odyssey as a thought leader in performance marketing

  • Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets, campaign dashboards, platform reporting) to find the story

  • Genuine interest in e-commerce, DTC brands, and digital marketing trends

  • Self-starter who can independently source, research, and ship content with minimal oversight

  • Can-do attitude is a must; this is a start-up that requires you to wear many hats and deal with a certain level of day-to-day uncertainty

  • Experience with tools like Notion, Motion, and LinkedIn analytics a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $90,000

  • Flexible PTO

  • Fully remote

  • 100% employer-sponsored health benefits

  • 401(k) with company matching
