Job Description

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative, Cold Formed Steel (CFS), to serve as a key customer contact and resource for our clients.  

 

This role requires a positive and outgoing attitude, attention to detail, the ability to be a team player and to provide excellent customer service, act as the subject matter expert for our product lines and services as well as ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: 

Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Building key relationships to provide outstanding customer service. 

  • Receiving, placing, and filling customer orders. 

  • Providing and recommending solutions to the customer. 

  • Placing and receiving purchase orders. 

  • Quoting and invoice processing. 

  • Data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks as needed. 

 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • Proven success in a sales and customer focused environment. 

  • Excellent listening and communication skills. 

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude. 

  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. 

 

Education and Experience 

  • 1-2+ years of sales experience required. 

  • Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge preferred. 

  • Experience with RentalMan (Wynne Software) a plus. 

  • Knowledge of Coupa (P2P software) preferred.
