Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding goals, and earning uncapped commissions?

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will maximize sales opportunities by effectively handling both inbound and outbound sales calls to acquire new customers and upsell additional products and services to existing customers. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication and in-depth product knowledge.

Top performers earn a potential $1,200-$2,500+ per month in commissions (based on sales goals), with the opportunity to grow your career as our company continues to expand across multiple states.


Location:
• The role is an in-person role based at our Southlake, TX office. 

Compensation:


  • This role offers a $17.50/hour base rate combined with a competitive, uncapped commission structure tied to individual sales performance and quota achievement rewarding high performers with strong earning potential.


Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Actively support efforts to enhance the customer experience, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction during all sales transactions.
• Sales Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by employing effective telephone-based selling techniques for outgoing calls.
• Call Management: Promptly and efficiently initiate outbound calls, adhering to call handling metrics, including productive time, schedule adherence, handle time, and after-call work.
• Product and Service Sales: Effectively sell FiberFirst products and services to prospective customers and maximize revenue from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Order Processing: Learn and master the order processing billing system for sales order entry, inquiries, and related functions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of all FiberFirst products and services to effectively explain them to customers during outbound interactions.
• Competitor Awareness: Maintain knowledge of competitors’ pricing, packaging, and products to provide side-by-side comparisons to customers.
• Marketing Promotions: Communicate and promote current marketing campaigns and promotions to customers during calls.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

Education and / or Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within call center

Required Skills / Abilities:
• Clear and professional communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to apply sales techniques and achieve sales goals.
• Basic computer and consumer electronics skills.
• Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications, including billing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment and initiative in performing job duties.
• Working knowledge of Fiber communication products, including video (TV), internet, and voice (telephone).
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and split days off.
