KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track project progress, follow up on tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain and update tracking sheets, status reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate with multiple departments to gather updates and align on deliverables
- Identify delays, risks, or gaps and proactively flag them
- Support reporting by summarizing key updates and insights
- Assist in improving workflows and bringing structure to ongoing processes
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior internship, academic project or practical exposure in business operations, project coordination will be an added advantage
- Experience using Excel for tracking, reporting, or data organization
- Exposure to project management tools or structured task tracking systems
