MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs.
Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist operators and supervisors in daily sewing line activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help in basic sewing machine setup such as threading, needle changing, and machine cleaning.
- Assist operators and supervisors in daily sewing line activities.
- Perform basic stitching operations under supervision.
- Assist in checking seam quality, stitch accuracy, and identifying basic defects.
- Support handling of fabric panels, trims, and garment parts during production.
Work with sewing operators, line leaders, and quality team to maintain workflow.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology / Apparel Manufacturing.
- Basic exposure to sewing operations
- Good communication skills.
