Job Description:

Duties: Perform operations research analysis duties in furtherance of analyzing and solving data processing problems and business analytics needs. Build and/or maintain enterprise data reporting and analytics platform providing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be used across all levels of the organization, including detailed information for drill down analysis and summarized visual dashboards for executive review, as appropriate. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Translate business requirements and challenges into technical solutions. Document business requirements, functional design and testing approaches. Coordinate with development team on technical design, development and unit/integration test activities. Gather data and organize information to solve internal business user issues. Analyze data gathered and develop solutions for internal business users.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics, foreign equivalent or related field.

Required skills:

Position requires experience gained via completion of a graduate-level course, internship, or related occupation involving:

Tableau, used KPIs and performance measures Modules and workflows Data Base Management Systems, BA with R, OOPS, Data Structures, Applied ML using Python, Predictive Analytics using SAS, Advance Statistics, Agile Project Management, Data Visualization, Operations Management.

Salary: $105,732 per year.
