As our Senior Procurement Manager, you are not just managing vendors, you serve as the designer of a sustainable supply chain that maximizes our resources and amplifies our overall impact. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's rapid growth driven by mergers and acquisitions. This position is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that maximize value, streamline operations, and ensure compliance across newly integrated business divisions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in right-sizing and consolidating software licenses, technology assets, and other procurement categories to optimize spend and eliminate redundancies. You will lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—from strategic sourcing and vendor management to compliance and monitoring. This position is responsible for providing oversight into existing contracts, leading the development and sourcing of new categories/suppliers, and identifying value creation opportunities. We are seeking a motivated self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide full lifecycle contract administration support, including RFP analysis, hands-on proposal development, coordination of appropriate internal reviews, contract negotiation, and contract/task order administration and execution.
- Lead procurement initiatives across the organization, with a focus on post-merger integration activity, in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for right-sizing inventory, technology, and service agreements based on business needs and growth projections.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization across multiple business divisions.
- Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and performance management, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance with flow‑down requirements.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve best value and mitigate contractual and performance risk.
- Implement or optimize process improvements to automate workflows and provide data-driven insights into spending patterns.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and implement corrective actions when needed as part of a broader program of third-party management.
- Develop and execute a multi-year procurement strategy that optimizes cost, quality, delivery, and risk across the organization.
- Monitor procurement performance metrics and report on savings, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide training, development, and knowledge transfer to colleagues in compliance with the enterprise procurement strategy.
- Ensure all purchasing activity complies at all times with internal policies and applicable laws.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, HR, and program teams to ensure alignment on procurement strategies, compliance requirements, and data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise process improvements
- Experience developing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- Excellent supplier relationship management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Experience working with staffing agencies and in partnership with HR
- Experience developing basic cost models and vendor benchmarking initiatives
- Experience budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
- High level of discretion and ability to appropriately handle confidential information
- Experience onboarding operational assets in the course of M&A and integration
- CIPS, CPSM or other similar industry certifications (Preferred)
Desired Attributes
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field

- 7+ years in best-in-class procurement practices, operating procedures, controls, and governance

- You have experience using CLM tools
- You are equally adept in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and in Google’s suite of products, as well as Zoom and Slack
