PAY RATE: The salary range is $60,000- $75,000 annually.
The base salary will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The LAX National Account Manager will serve as a best-in-class sales representative within the company capable of serving medium, large and enterprise organizations – National Accounts.

An Account Manager will represent LAX / BSN Sports by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business through proactive relationship management and strategic account support.
- Maintain consistent daily communication with customers, ensuring all emails and text messages are responded to within 24 hours.
- Develop and present quarterly account plans for key customers in collaboration with management to support retention and growth goals.
- Communicate both positive updates and challenging issues to customers professionally, transparently, and in a timely manner.
- Partner with customers to create customized logo concepts and product designs that align with brand standards and team identity.
- Build and manage online team stores to support customer fundraising, ordering, and product distribution needs.
- Support accounts receivable efforts by assisting customers through billing inquiries and aging AR resolution.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and lacrosse industry events on a quarterly basis to strengthen product knowledge and industry relationships.
- Utilize approved expense budgets strategically to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Process bulk customer orders accurately and efficiently, with a target turnaround time of 12 hours or less.

Education/Experience
- A minimum of four years of management and/or sales experience.
- A minimum of two years of industry experience.
- Lacrosse experience and product knowledge.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
