Position Summary

We are seeking a Finance Systems Transformation Lead to join our HCB Financial Systems Transformation group. This role will be pivotal in driving transformation initiatives within the finance department, ensuring that our systems and processes are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, technology, and project management, with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT teams and the Enterprise project team, to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial operations.
  • Lead the implementation of finance-related technology solutions, including ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Analyze current financial processes and systems to recommend enhancements that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for technical transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in finance and accounting.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades and process changes.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems management.
  • Proven understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, including with the Enterprise project team and segment finance stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based financial solutions and digital transformation strategies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in finance and accounting.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required or equivalent years of related professional work experience.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMP) is a plus.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
